Frequently asked questions

If you want to find out what type of transactions are in your transaction history, you can click on the text and a box should appear with an explanation of the transaction type.

If you are still unsure, or if anything looks unusual, you can call our Client relations team on 020 7189 9999.

Once you're logged into your account, find your 'Profile' icon in the top right hand corner and click on 'My documents'. You can view your contract notes, valuation statements and other documents here.

First go to the account you would like to view your transaction history for.

  • Then click on the 'Transactions' tab
  • You will land on the transactions page where you can filter and view transactions by date and type

You can also view transactions that are pending or completed

When you're logged into your account you'll see a homepage which contains information about all of your accounts and linked accounts.

To access the information about individual investments, scroll to the relevant account and click on the arrow on the far right of the row. This will take you to a page that shows each investment that you have within that account.

Navigate between accounts by going through the dropdown list at the top of the page, or by navigating back to your homepage and selecting the account.

Yes.

Tax reports are uploaded to the 'Documents' section of your account once a year around the end of June. These are only generated on applicable accounts (usually Investment Accounts).
